When I read the news that Meta used many books and scientific papers from an illegal online library like LibGen to train its AI model “Llama 3” (It mimics human cognitive abilities by recognizing and ordering information from input data.), I was not surprised.

I just read an article by Noah Davis in which he argues that breadcrumbs have lost their relevance in modern, non-linear and context-driven web environments. Instead, dynamic and personalized navigation systems are coming to the fore, which respond better to users' expectations and adapt individually to their needs. This means that navigation is no longer linear, but purely context-related and needs-oriented. Breadcrumb navigation isherefore useless.

You probably know this: You're using Google Maps and enter a tunnel. Suddenly, it gets dark around you. The previously bright view of the maps on your phone display changes. The application switches to  Dark Mode. A big advantage: Your display remains pleasantly dimmed, without dazzling you with bright light. Many people prefer this view, as they find the contrast more comfortable.
